AboutTom and Gay LOVE Punta Gorda

We are not the biggest and we don’t accept every listing or buyer. We do not have a big team. We understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. That’s why we are dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all of our clients. If we were the biggest, we couldn’t do that. We take great pride in the relationships we build and always work relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals. We strive to be the best, not the biggest.

Our team of experts such as appraisers, mortgage bankers, title officers and the like represent the best and brightest in the industry, and we’re always striving to lead the field in research, innovation, and consumer education. Today’s buyers and sellers need a trusted resource that can guide them through the complex world of real estate. With our extensive knowledge and commitment to providing only the best and most timely information to our clients, we are your go-to source for real estate industry insight and advice.

Besides being Realtors, we love to boat.  We have a 38 foot cockpit motoryacht behind our house and love to visit other Yacht Clubs (we belong to Isles YC) and we have visited 17 other clubs by boat in the Florida Council of Yacht Clubs group.  Not a fisherman but I do occasionally troll a line and have caught Kingfish, Mackerel, Little Tuna but have never been rewarded with dolphin or wahoo.  One of these days in the Keys perhaps.

Punta Gorda is at the top of Charlotte harbor which is 30 miles long and protected from the gulf.  From here it is 150 miles to Key West and 150 miles to the east coast via lake Okeechobee where you can jump 50 miles across the Gulf Steam to the Bahamas (Grand Bahama Island.)  There are literally hundreds of places to go from Tarpon Springs to Marco Island all protected by the ICW or inland passages.  The only exposed part is Ft. Myers Beach to Naples.  The Gulf is pretty tame as there is not a big “fetch” for swell formation like the Atlantic of Pacific.

A boaters Paradise we call it.  Canal Front homes with dock can be had from 400K on  up.  A fraction of the price on the east coast and even a smaller fraction from California where the boating is not nearly as nice with cold water, fog and few places to go.  I lived there for 20 years so I know.

Our Mission Statement:

Our philosophy is simple: clients come first. We don’t want to be the biggest, only the best. We pledge to be in constant communication with our clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. We believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, we haven’t done our job. We don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of our clients.
